We’ve only had our new stove for a short time. The only thing at this point that would make it 10 star is to have in work with Siri and to have a little more space between the hour digit and the minutes. Right now, 1:07 pm looks like 107 something. The pm and am should be slightly larger and leave more space between the hour and minutes.

So far it cooks really well but the racks are very stiff and although I have a lubricant the instructions are on the app and as yet I can’t get on it , really disappointed that the instructions were not in a booklet with the range, it would be so much easier to read instructions, I figured the main workings out but really need to know what the range is capable of doing

I had called my local store to validate the installers could cap my gas line when swapping out a dual fuel range for a fully electric version. I was told that was fine. When the installers showed up they said I had to cap the line myself before they could install. They gave me the option of leaving the new range or they could take it back and come again when I had the line capped. I chose to have them leave the new range. Having a hard time with oven cooking timely.
The stove seems great. We are having problems with the oven. We are finding it does not cook as quick as our old oven. We even raised the oven temp in settings. Our feeling is our old convection oven still had the element in the bottom and this one does not which could be why it is taking a lot longer to cook food in oven. Learned to also to preheat oven set to broil for awhile and it takes a lot less time to preheat oven baking. Kind of missing our old oven
