Terrible product

Would Not Recommend

Broken in less than a year. The sprayer option after a few months just became stuck on both faucets that I bought for two room exact same model they were both broken within a month of each other, which tells me that the product is only made to last for less than a year. Pieces also started breaking off. I really hope Lowe’s will credit me or work replace as I spend thousands there.

Faucet lasted less than 2 years

Would Not Recommend

I LOVED this faucet for the look & functionality but a little over a year & a half it broke. The button for the sweeper spray function fell off & is no longer usable. I've never had a faucet last such a short time. Lowes can't replace it & BWE (China-based company) informed me there is a "limited lifetime warranty" but asked me to pay "customs fees to explore solutions", which I've never experienced for a warranty item. SO disappointed in this DISPOSALBLE faucet.

Beautiful faucet but leaks

Would Not Recommend

Recently installed my BWE A-94553-ORB and immediately noticed water leaking from up inside the housing. I’ve attempted to contact BWE through their website as well as through their listed email address with no acknowledgment or responses from them. Also, found no listed phone number for calling their support. Very frustrated with the situation.
