I bought a brand new glue gun and the manual said to plug it 3h before first use. I charged it at noon and wasn’t charge at 5pm, I let it on charge all night and nothing happen when I push the power button in the morning..

Wouldn’t take a charge after multiple attempts and hours

However, it let me down and wouldn’t take a charge after 3hours , 6hours and 12 -24 hour (I left it over night). I was forced to pick up another option and make a return trip to the place of work which was frustrating

Stopped working, takes too long to warm up & stay ready
My husband bought the GT30L1 for me as a Christmas gift. I used it off and on through the school year in my classroom. I was having to constantly return it to the base to warm the glue back up to use. Once school ended, I stored the glue gun for the summer. Upon return to school in August, I have discovered the glue gun no longer works. The green light comes on but is stays cold, unable to use.
