If ALL product unpacked as undamaged, would have no complaint. First 5 boxes received / packed a box in a box. VERY little damaged pieces. Second 5 boxes received only packaged in a single box. Allowing for shipping damage. Nicked corners, compressed joints from handling. Understand heavy item, but either consideration handling or mandate a box in a box to avoid damage. Roughly 10% of product required "special attention" to salvage it.

Plank ceiling upgrade
Looks great, its a job getting it put up tongue and groove fit is very tight and its flexible enough that it bends must have two people for installation. Finsh product looks like a million dollars.
