when opened all edges were damaged . I told lowes and said I had to call Armstrong and called and was told nothing they could do .I had to use what I could because couldn't wait for return and how paid people to install then. I thought atleast they could refunded me some money for damaged . I ended up getting white tiles from store and painting black since only had in stock.

Have Lowe’s open all cartons and check each tile.
The tile corners were damaged in all three cases. The shipping carton should have more support in the corners. Will have to paint all the tiles. Touch up paint looked terrible.
