Poor Customer Service - Leaks

Wanted to give “NO” star. This product was delayed 3 weeks after waiting an initial stated shipping time of 3 weeks. The door came without instructions or warranty information, had to pulled installation info off of internet. Trim pieces (per instructions) did not have pre-drilled guide holes. After installation, the shower door leaked opposite hinge side. Placed a call to customer service, went through explanation that jams are plumb, trim pieces of shower door installed plumb. There was a 1/4”...

Zero instructions to be found not in box or online.

Shower door

Communication was weak between mycontractor, lowes, and az shower doors when the glass broke on installation on the first one. Difficult to get second one, took a month! Otherwise, we are very happy so far w its functionality and appeal.

Took a month and a half to arrive when it was advertised to arrive in one week, the vendor did not communicate with us or Lowe’s at all, and the seal is garbage. Anytime we shower, the floor is covered in water.

Nice door, faulty screws

Fit perfectly in our 24.5 inch opening with out of plumb adjustment. Only draw back was the screws to secure the glass in the frame. 4/6 screws broke off in the frame while being secured. One of which caused the screw driver to come loose and scratch the inside of the frame. So far glass is holding up well and fog clears quickly, no water spots yet which is nice. Ultimately would recommend but use provided screws with caution.

Great looking door

Looks high end. Pretty heavy and thecrain glasd us beautiful. Took me about 40 minutes to install it. If going into tile, you’ll need a 3/16” tile bit.

Quality Shower Door

We purchased this shower door to replace an older aluminum frame door. First of all is the quality; excellent. Heavy weight hinges and glass. Easy to install. Works perfect and looks the part.
