Great for a grease trough.
Had a spot between 5 deep fryers and the holding table that happened to be 6" wide and almost 10' long. When the basket passed from the deep fryer to the table, drops of grease would get on the floor, and over the course of a day, that would be around 5 oz of grease. I know how much it is now, because I installed this gutter between the 2 with a slight slope and hung a can at the end. Now the floors stay 99% cleaner. I'm sure I could have gone to a fabrication place and had a 6" wide 10 ft long...
