My Go-To
Would RecommendI bought this knife to accompany the 7 piece block set I got to replace my old international set. This is my go-to knife, and the 7 piece didn't have a santoku, so I had to buy it separately. It's a workhorse. If you're on a budget and can only afford to get one quality knife, I'd strongly recommend this one, as it can handle anything you throw at it.
