Would RecommendShorter for more detailed work. I like it for mincing herbs, garlic etc. Curved blade allows rocking motion, like a chefs knife, only on a much smaller scale.

Another great sized knife with a blade that works
Would RecommendWe have a lot knives Zwilling and love them, using them all the time throughout the day. This knife is small but strong and confident for many tasks. We have had the 5-star knives (still have them as they all last forever if I have not given them to my sons for their kitchens) and its 3” pairing knife was fantastic.
