Would RecommendThis is such an amazing paring knife. The handle and bolster on this knife fits in my hand really nicely, giving me extra comfort in griping my knife while I peel and slice produce. I like the smaller blade on this compared to the 4”, it’s a little easier to really get a close peel with a smaller 3” blade.

Perfect Paring
Whether you select a 3 or 4 inch paring knife is a personal preference. But I have to say, I find both useful. This little 3 " paring is great for small jobs. Very easy to use in your hand.
