Amazing Knife Set!
Would RecommendI bought this set for my wife as our last ones were purchased more than 15 years ago. Not only are they gorgeous—she's even letting them sit on our counter instead of in a drawer—but they are well balanced and the fully forged bolster construction indeed adds to the beauty and simplicity to clean. This set has the perfect mix of blades/utility and I would absolutely recommend this block/set for anyone who doesn't want to spend time sharpening blades every few months.
