Viola clean cut every time
Would RecommendI love my new knives. When I first tried the chef’s I threw a lime into the air and sliced it clean. I could not believe it was clean through. I tried it a few more times and viola it worked every time. I don’t recommend trying this but it was fun.

Solid knives, iffy block
Would RecommendSolid knives, the block is too large though. It takes up most of the counter depth. Could have been made less shallow to be more space efficient
