Would RecommendWhen I first opened the shipping box, the first word that came to mind was, Fancy. The carbon steel is sleek and the handles are beautiful. I appreciated the care video link that was sent with the purchase. I tried to season it with both Canola and olive oil. I noticed slight adhesion still. Looks very corrosive resistant.
