Wonderfully sharp and perfectly balanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife was a gift given to me. Upon use I loved the way the knife fit in my hand. I’m a left handed woman, and the knife just “fit”. It was extremely well balanced and very sharp. Cuts smooth and precise a X3 as it sliced through my vegetables with ease. It has taken the place of my #1 knife and is by far my new favorite! I LOVE this knife!

Great balance and nice size for more control

Finally a knife worth its mettle

It’s got the right weight for you to have a sense of comfort that this can get things done. And boy did it. Neatly chopped up vegetables and trimmed meat with absolute ease. Love it!

Great everyday chef's knife

Favorite knife in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this pro chef 7” knife with white handle. It is a beautiful and extremely sharp knife out of the box. Well balanced with great edge retention and excellent ergonomic handle that is just right thickness for my hands. Looking forward to many years of working with it.
