Great all around knife!

Great for everyday use, chopping vegetables/meat/fish. Its Light weight makes it very convenient to use daily.

First time owner

I’ve been looking at a quality knife for a long time and finally purchased the 7 inch pro knife. Used it to make chicken salad tonight and it worked wonderfully! Mike

Most versatile and used knife in my kitchen!

I have wanted this knife for so long and I finally caved in and bought it. I'm so glad I did! I've used this knife for more than 1 month now religiously and it cuts like a dream. It's very light weight but just enough to carry weight through potatoes, meat, melon. The handle is very smooth and comfortable to hold, also great for smaller hand grips. You'll just feel like it's very easy to manuver with. Blade is definitely very pointed and sharp so be careful! It's very pretty to look at in my kit...

Exceptional knife for the discerning home chef

Very sharp knife that keeps an edge well and makes light work of kitchen prep. I don't feel like I've lost anything from the shorter 7 inch compared to the 8 inch models

Poor quality knife

Probably is the dullest knife in my collection compared to knives I have owned for 10+ years. I've never purchased a knife that is dull from the start. I shouldn't have to sharpen it brand new. The white handle has stained in less than 1 month of ownership. Really wanted to like this knife but cannot recommend.

Comfort and Quality

Great Everyday Knife

This was the second knife I bought when started cooking for a living. I still use this as my prepping knife. If I don’t want to bring my knife roll with me to work or when I visit family, I will just wrap this in towel for just in case. I usually carry a 10 inch chef knife, 7 inch chef knife, 10 inch bread knife, and bird’s beak knife.

Perfectly slim
