Nice unit!

The unit replaced a Sirrius island hood. Installation went well with a little help lifting everything in place. The fan is so noisy that the chief cannot hear conversation and the vibration is annoying. All else is great, do wish it had remote control for shorter cooks.

Incredible Range Hood

I am extremely happy with my ZLINE Remote Blower Island Range Hood (GL2i-R), the installation was simple with the exception of having to cut down the mounting brackets so that it was at the right height for my 8' ceiling and not blocking the line of sight. Range Hood lights have never worked

I purchased a range hood and soon after install the lights stopped working and a few months later the vent stopped working.

Adds Value

I bought this product earlier this year, my kitchen was slightly outdated and had a vintage venthood attached to a cabinet. By removing that venthood and adding this product it opened the space up and updated it. I added the short kit feature, it helped with the low ceilings. To be honest I would prefer to go shorter.

Very attractive and quiet

Bought this to replace a hood that was too noisy. This works well and is much quieter. The copper finish is very attractive.

Big, heavy well built. Not too loud on high setting. Simple to assemble, but watch videos in hanging mounting brackets!

Sleek and unobtrusive

I bought this range hood with the short-kit late last year, to go with a new gas range and granite counter-top. I wanted effective and unobtrusive, so the focus would be on the expanse of granite. It's pretty quiet and the adjustable lighting is a plus.

Nice but the hood is warped

Its nice, works well but the hood is warped with one side and corner higher than its opposite side and corner. We weren't able to straighten it.

Island Range Hood

Bought it November 2020, easy install, but I am an electrician. Works great no issues, really like the timer option and washable filters.

Poor Quality

This is a nice looking hood, but it is poor quality. The lights have failed 3 times in less than 3 years. While Zline supplied replacements, great inconvenience to be without lights and to have to install light kit (in hard to reach spot, need hand mirror to work!). Would not recommend this Zline Range Hood. It is simply poor quality.

Love that it has the controls on both sides

Works better than I could have hoped!

I'm so happy I chose this range hood last month. It is well constructed with beautiful, clean lines. The crown moulding with this vent really adds the right touch. The filters are easy to clean and the lighting is great. The vent works better than I could have hoped. My husband installed it, but he had to do a lot of retrofitting because we have 8 foot ceilings. It worked out for us, but probably a professional contractor should be hired for installation. Sleek solution for islands without outside venting

I've had my hood about 3 years so far. Works great. This was the only stainless island hood available in the dimensions I needed that didn't require outside venting, yet is powerful enough to handle wok steam and pasta pots. Attractive with 4 speeds and terrific lighting.
