Would RecommendThis primer is helpful if you have microbial growth on a surface that cannot be washed, such as ceilings. It sprays well and has decent hiding power. It does have some smell, but it isn't too bad. I do not recommend using this on trim, as it is not very sandable and does not bond real well to slick surfaces. Of course, you shouldn't need to use it on trim, as it would be better to wash these surfaces.
