Too thin
Would Not RecommendToo thin and difficult to apply - streaks or runs. And you need to two coats to cover as well as one coat of Zinsser Smart Prime. That's twice the labor and twice the cleanup. Very disappointing after using Zinsser Smart Primer, which for some reason you have to special order. Why isn't the smart primer available on the shelves at Lowe's?

Used to cover/protect exterior egress window well
Would RecommendI used this to paint our egress window well enclosure. It covered well, dried fast and should hold well throughout the winter season. Adhered well. Purpose was to protect the wood from the elements, improve the aesthetics, and reflect light back into the basement area. Happy with the results so far. It took 3 light coats to feel it was protected sufficiently.
