Good but not the best.
Would RecommendWe had heavy pollen and nicotine to clean. We used tsp and cleaned before using this. Certain areas we had to do two coats because it was bleeding through.

The best all around primer
Would RecommendThis is unquestionably the best primer for walls and trims. It covers well, which is must for hiding deep colors, goes on easily and is ready to be coated by paint in an hour. I've been using it for almost 20 years and I have tried to use other primers but I always return to 1-2-3. Unless you need a specialized primer, e.g. a peeling situation or covering marker stains 1-2-3 should be your go to primer. Last but not least it carries a competitive pricing when compared to primers from Moore or Sh...
