Magic in a bottle!

This product has saved so many pieces of furniture! The first time I ever used, it was on a white couch. Completely removed a black stain from a moving trip. The last time I used, it was to remove vomit from a rug. I considered tossing the rug, but decided to try this first. I’m glad I did. The rug looks brand new.

Wrong item delivered

Ordered two 32 ounces of Zep oxy carpet and upholstery cleaner and received two gallons of carpet shampoo, instead. This is the second time the online order did not result in the delivery of oxy carpet and upholstery cleaner. Sadly, only ordering this online since Stafford store seldom stocks.

Damaged and not replaced by Lowes

They were ordered online for delivery. FedEx brought me to the door and asked me to open it since the box was soaking wet. One container was empty. FedEx rejected the shipment and sent it back to Lowe's. Lowes never sent a replacement.
