you can't go wrong with any ZEP products. I'm always cleaning my house due to a 2 year old and 3 dogs. My house is always smelling clean and my carpet looks great. I have expensive carpet and I'm always cleaning stains that my child and dogs make. You want to deep clean your house including carpet use ZEP.

As good as more expensive enzyme cleaners

This is not specifically indicated for pet urine stain/odor removal, but it works as well as the much more expensive specialty cleaners you get in pet stores. It doesn't have an overpowering "perfume-y" scent or a lingering chemical smell, and it cleaned our carpets thoroughly. The only drawback is that it foams like crazy, so I find myself emptying the carpet extractor far more than I would normally need to do. Best Bang For Your Buck

I have used several different brands of carpet cleaners over the years with some what success. The ZEP brand products are far superior for at lot less cost. I use a Bissell carpet cleaner and ZEP Cleaners. Quality product

Zep makes some if not the best cleaners on the market for the home owner. I have used their industrial cleaners for flood clean up of electrical components and they worked after cleaning and drying so I knew that the high traffic carpet cleaner would also work. I use it mainly on furniture fabics that are synthetic and it works as a pretreatment before using a hot water extractor to clean the furniture. This product beats those over priced products hands down! I have a Bissel Heated Deep Clean Cleaner and this worked fantastic. In fact this is a better cleaner than the expensive Bissel cleaners they sell. You will not be dissappointed with this purchase. My daughters carpet had not been deep cleaned for a while so it took more than one application but our carpet is cream and it was beyond dirty! Perfect for keeping carpet areas clean

This cleaner has helped to not show the dirt and wear of the carpet! Fast and Easy!!

If the directions are followed exactly then the product will do as it claims. I would like to note that I also used this on an area that my elderly cat likes to 'eliminate' at. Normally, the other cats will go in the same area but after using this product, even my "old man' didn't want to use the area again!

Zep's High-Traffic Cleaner - THE BEST!

Works really well

The product works on odors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the product for some pet stains and followed the directions but after the area dried there was a discoloration from the stain and I had to re-clean the area, but there was no odor which is why I say that I would recommend the product.
