Lots of power!

Handy product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 14” chain saw is a light weight work horse. Just be careful when removing the sprocket cover as there is a tensioner component that if dropped can be hard to find. It is about the size of 3/4” washer. Fred

Excellent tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this saw several times and have been overwhelmed with it. It has great power, it’s light weight makes it easy to handle.

Great

I am 69 and 10/12's years old, I was a horticulturist before I retired. I have used power equipment most of my life, but can not use the heavy gas powered equipment any more. My first Worx tools were a stringent trimmer and blower set an I loved them. I added a power washer and hedge shears, then the latest is the 40v chainsaw. It is light weight and no pulling on a cord an wearing myself out before I can even use it.

Great for my needs

I bought this to keep up with downed branches ,my property is small, and so are most of the branches, but once in a while you get a bigger branch and this did the trick! I took this over my buddies place and we cut some pretty thick logs, and then compared it to his gas chainsaw, the gas was a tad better, but I am very pleased with this chainsaw. And all the other works tools batteries (20v) can be used too!! I love my Worx products!

Zero Custome Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Chain saw about 9 months ago and ordered a new chain that was longer than the used chain that came with the saw. Tried to get CS on chat and zero reply. The chain saw works pretty good but without CS it is worthless. I dropped the est 0.3/4" washer that is used to tighten the chain and there is no way to buy that part. It is easy to fall on the ground when removing the sprocket cover. Now I have a useless product.

Barely used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not a very well made tool as it is already broke down, used once to cut limbs worked fine tried the next time and turns the chain but does not cut...

Deszit work!

I boght it PUT Full Cargh batters on it didnt work i like to no why? Did avery thing that owners mainal said still did work!

Amazingly Surprised

I bought this saw expecting it to work good because it is a WORX tool.Boy was I surprised.It works so much better than I even imagined.I am so glad I bought it and would recommend it to others.

Unbelievable

I bought this saw not expecting it to cut really good and not expecting the batteries to hold up very well.Boy was I surprised.I wouldn't take nothing for my saw and would recommend it to anyone that needs a saw for trimming and cutting trees that are not giant sized trees.This saw works.

Lightweight, easy to weild

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this saw for quick clean up in the woods and yard. Very handy, way better than my big 25" Stihl for limbing. Only complaint is lack of lubrication for the chain. Automatic oiler does not seem to be working
