Pretty good tool for most areas but not so much on the thicker stuff. Worth the price and less expensive than other brands.

The spool was only about 8 inches and the replacement spool was not sold at the same store. I am not happy that it was not a full spool and should be specified on the box rather than state that the spool is included. It is a one time use or until it breaks. Put in a complaint at the store and said go buy it online ...

not impressed

Bought this the beginning of last summer. It worked real good until it didnt work any more when i tried to use it the beginning of this summer. The switch in the trigger section trips and shuts down. Only works for a half second. Once in a while after 15 or so clicks it will run for about 2-3 seconds.

Built for short people

My husband is 6' 3" and the handle is not long enough. He has to stoop over to trim the grass. He got this as a father's day gift a couple of years ago and stopped using it. It has been in our shed ever since. Today he finally dragged it out and it was NOT an enjoyable experience. You would think there would be better adjustments other than to make it shorter. Off to find a better brand than this one.

Love Weedwacking and Edging now

This trimmer is wonderful. Never thought I would enjoy weed whacking until now. I would highly recommend this. I can get through such high and tough weeds and brush. This thing will cut through anything and it does it so fast that it cuts my work time in half. The string does not jam or break even when I hit something really hard. It feeds by itself. I have had 5 different units before this type and none of the others would stand up to what I had to cut. In 15 years if this one dies, I hope I can find another just like it.......

Not auto feeding WG119

Bought this in late April this year. Easy to assemble and use but the spool is not auto feeding. Have to stop every minute or two to manually pull out some line. Doing everything right releasing the throttle and then pushing it again for it to release the line but NO LUCK. Then I forget to manually pull the line and it disappears inside. Have to then open the spool and re-feed it over and over again. I would never recommend it. Seems like I'm not the only one with this issue and I'm still on th...

easy to use

Learned my lesson

Truly love this lightweight design, just right for my older sometimes unsteady hands, but I noticed that none of the other people with problems are getting their questions answered either, can't control the string output.

Easy to Use

This Trimmer is easy to use and works like a horse even though it's electric, I can adjust it to my size, and move the handle where I need it, I can use a long electric cord with it if needed and it works the same as a smaller cord, no loss of power. I am very pleased as it also takes on harder weeds that we get around our 2 very large yards from the woods around us. It also is easier to change the string spool also, no fighting to get it open. Powerful!!!

It was very easy to assemble. I am thrilled with how easy it is to adjust for usage. And even better is how easy you can adjust the shaft based on your height. No more back and shoulder pain because I was too short. It made short work of some weeds that were impervious to the B&D.

Best Ever

I bought this Trimmer and Edger a year ago and it has been wonderful. I trimmed 2 acres with it with no problems. I recommend this to anyone.

Didnt work.

At first minute of use . It got fail. Didnt worked

Poor quality control

After the first use the line spool started to fall off. Then my wife noticed that there were holes where screws should have been, looks like would be used to hold the spool on. Looked in the box.... but no screws. Now I have a useless unit. Other than that the unit is very light and easy to use, while it worked.

Auto feed didn't work and can't see having to stop

It only took less then an hour to figure out that having to stop work everytime you need to feed new string instead of bumping while your cutting is the worst idea ever!
