Would Not RecommendTook delivery Feb 23, 2026 and have had the repair company out 3 times. The board keeps shorting out the drain pump. Parts have to be ordered and will take 2-3 weeks. The repair company responsible for fixing the machine keeps coming out without the proper tools. They are not even draining the tub. And they require assistance lifting the machine.

Would Not RecommendDo not waste your money if you are looking for a quiet washer. You can hear the gears change and loud clicking. The salesman told my husband and I the washer was quiet. Complete disappointment.

Scheduled warranty service, took them a week to come out, then 2 weeks to replace a part (had to be ordered - main computer board).
