Refrigerator is too warm. 55 degrees F.

So according to the FDA the temperature in a refrigerator should be kept at below 40 degrees, so around 35 to 38 is normal. Mine is only 28 days old and it has never gone below 55 degrees. The freezer is around 5 degrees which is fine. Getting service or any sort of guidance from Whirlpool has been impossible.

3 Years was all I got

I purchased a new Fridge Model# WRT311FZDW02 at the end of November of 2022 from Lowes. Placed it in my kitchen, moved it out once about a year and a half ago to clean behind it. Well here we are in the new year and a few weeks ago I came home from work and all my veg in the fridge was frozen and 2 days later the freezer was 44 degrees. I have had my appliance repair person come and he had to put a port on it and check my Freon and guess what it is low in an enclosed system. So I understand...

Great uncomplicated Frig

Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and really like it. The only issue is the door squeaks when you open and close it. Freezer keeps food frozen. It's new so I wouldn't expect anything else.

RUST ON DOORS!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this frig about 4 months ago, 2 weeks ago I noticed rust on doors. Contacted whirlpool, they told me RUST is cosmetic, and there's only a 3 month warranty on RUSTED STAINLESS STEEL, let me repeat that, RUSTED STAINLESS STEEL!!!!!!

Is OK but should be better

The freezer door storage shelves are poorly designed - can hold juice cans and similar large products but not packages of frozen vegetables, etc.

Not as good as our prior unit

Yes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yest fridge seems to meet our needs it replaced our older whirlpool . 1981 model still running just not cooling good enough all the time. Temperature fluctuate ed from 40- 50 degrees even though we kept coils clean and refrigerator had plenty of air circulation around it. I guess it was getting old.

Freezer light
