Love my new refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I had to wait more than 2 months for delivery of my new refrigerator, it was well worth it! From the first day, it has held the proper temperature with no adjustment at all. The shelving is perfectly placed and I couldn't be more pleased. It was a great value for the price, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this appliance when I moved into my brand new house. Our home was rebuilt due too hurricane Harvey. I'm disabled so they made it handicap friendly. Now my brand new refrigerator, doesn't work. No ice cubes making in the freezer. It's hot. No refrigerator cooling, my food got spoiled. So I'm waiting for service to be done. Hopefully they can fix it. I'm on social security so I couldn't afford another one. I love this product, no bar handles....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about one month ago to replace a 10 year old refrigerator (garage) that stopped working. I'm really amazed at the difference! This is so quiet!! It came with an icemaker, so I hooked up water. I absolutely LOVE this icemaker. After the initial 24 houirs, it really started cranking out the ice cubes. We go through a lot of ice during the summer making iced tea, and this sure helps out! I would definitely purchase this mode...

Came with siezed screws on the door handles

My 20 year old Sears fridge died in mid-April, and I needed one in a hurry. The good: the fridge works, and is very quiet. There's a slight rattling sound when the compressor is on, but it's a lot better than the old fridge. I'm just not used to it, that's all. The freezer stays at a constant -15C and the fridge is about +4C with the default settings, and that's what a fridge should do. The bad: One minor annoyance is that the shelves in the doors aren't adjustable, like my old fridge....

Beautiful junk

My landlord bought this less than two years ago. It's a nice looking unit, plenty of space, but a few months ago my produce in the fridge started to freeze. I turned up the temp a bit, and then stuff in my freezer started to melt. Unable to find a balance, I finally dismantled the thing in an effort to find the root cause. Sure enough, when removing the back panel of the freezer, I found a giant wad of ice. This is a strong signal that there's something wrong with the sealed system. The coolant ...

Could have been better

Why Whirlpool can't spring for a full freezer shelf, I can't imagine. I see others have had the same complaint. I didn't read them, unfortunately--just looked at the online picture which showed a freezer shelf that holds the ice maker tub, and I assumed the shelf went all the way. Nope. I called Whirlpool to buy a full shelf, because there are shelf holders inside the freezer, but parts was no help, nor customer service who just passed me to parts.
