[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the ice maker did not make ice, then when they replaced it it shoots ice throughout the freezer. This has never kept my ice cream frozen. They are coming out again this week. This also leaves fingerprints all over the door and does not come off with just a a cloth.

While the snowflake temperature indicators are cute, I had difficulty interpreting what they actually meant. Big snowflake = lots of snow, so that must mean colder right? No. Little snowflake, is actually the coldest setting and big snowflake is the warmest. The freezer also has a separate temperature setting that is more straight forward. Nightmare refrigerator, damaged and defective

We waited months, Lowe's kept pushing the delivery date back. They finally delivered the fridge, mangled with damage everywhere. After we moved all the food stores on ice in coolers, the refrigerator RUINED all our food. The freezer and fridge are defective, freezer leaked over a gallon of water and ruined all our food. My Frig is loud
