[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the refrigerator for almost two weeks and it does a good job so far keeping things cold. But it is loud when it’s running. Our previous refrigerator ran much quieter.

good Basic refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the model offered by my home manufacturing company. I am used to a Samsung side by side. It is good fr a single or couple but might be too small for a family. glass shelves are nice. Good amount of shelves on the door. Would prefer more veggie drawers.

stainless steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fridge, however we bought the stainless steel one. the front can not stay clean and shows all wipe downs ect, also has a gritty feel to it. It would have been perfect if the sides and front were the same, the sides show nothing, it is different and the whole fridge should have been made like this.I would not reccomend this one to another person for that reason only.

No ice to be had!

Ice maker has not worked since delivery and installation. Calls to Lowe's and Whirlpool have gotten no response. Truly not happy with this situation

Worked for a week

Hooked up the refrigerator and it worked great for a week. After that everything in the freezer thawed and lower fridge got warm. Then it started working again but things in the freezer only thaw about half of the way.

Shipped without hose to icemaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was shipped without a hose to the icemaker - have had to order it and am awaiting a repairman to receive and install it. Also arrived with small dent on the right side

Top freezer refrigerator

I like the large shelves, well organized door shelves - except no tall items, like milk or 2 liter soda. What i really do not like is there is no light in the freezer! The ice maker is great. I keep a soup to get ice out of the drawer.

Replacement Refrigerator for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Little disappointed in features and performance. Water valve was so caved in, I had to rebuild the valve mount. Icemaker can barely produce 1 load of ice cubes a day. Drawer arrangement is minimalist at best. Freezer barely keeps food frozen.

Whirlpool Fridge

The Whirlpool was available and seemed to fit the bill. I was amazed to learn the refrigerant is butane and at a relatively low pressure. We are still moving the shelves to see if we can accommodate the items we used to get in the older machine. (The old fridge was assumed to be about 12-15 cu. ft.) Used to be fine, now makes a high-pitched whine

My refrigerator is right smack in the middle of my living space because I have a small house, and at the moment it is making an obnoxious and painful high-pitched whining noise. I am at a loss as to what to do because it is only four and a half years old and it is just me in the house and it doesn't get any abuse. The fact that I often bang my head on the handle because I have to stick my head way in to get food in it is basically my fault, but I will have to buy a new one now.

Not Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer not working right can't get it to the proper temp everything on high temp and freezer is at 12 degrees now. was at 9 degrees above getting worst, service man was here ordered a part about a week and a half ago, don' know what's going on? shouldn't have to deal with that, this is a brand-new freezer. {Would Not recommend}
