VERY UNHAPPY

PRODUCT IS FINE SO FAR, BUT THE DELIVERY DRIVERS WERE VERY RUDE-IN SUCH A HURRY THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE TIME TO DO A PROPER SET UP-THEY SCRATCHED THE HARDWOOD FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN PUTTING THE FRIDGE IN PLACE-THEY DIDNT REMOVE THE CARDBOARD FROM INSIDE THE UNIT. WE HAD TO BEG TO GET ANY TYPE OF PAPERWORK FOR THE UNIT. THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. WE HAVE PURCHASED A FEW WASHERS,DRYERS AND REFRIGERATORS BEFORE, WITH NO ISSUES, BUT I WILL NOT BE BUYING THERE AGAIN.

Shelving height adjustment is great.

Only wish there was a light in the freezer compartment. Everything else great!

I like the adjustable shelves.

doesn't get cold enough,door swing problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] doesn't freeze ice cream hard. want to change door from left to right opening, unable to get plastic plugs out, seem to be glued in. got 1 out of three plugs out on top hinge without breaking. came with a couple extra plugs but not enough. need complete set of new plugs for both doors.

I am very happy with my new Whirlpool refrigerator

I am very pleased with my new refrigerator. When I moved into my new home five years ago, it had all Frigidaire appliances, and I should have complained about the refrigerator at that time. Anyway, the good news is this refrigerator works! It keeps my food cold, the freezer works, and it does these things without any noise. I am happy with it.

The size is perfect for the office staff to keep their lunches and daily beverages/supplies cool. The refrigerator is mostly silent and does not add any significant background noise. I would recommend this item.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was limited on the size of the refrigerator due to the amount of space there is to bring it in. I had to settled for a smaller refrigerator. It does not have the same features like a drawer below the top shelf. It is small and I personally was much happier with the 18-cu ft Whirlpool refrigerator that I bought 35 years ago.
