Whirlpool 28cf refrig not freeze nor cold enough

After about 5 years of service, my Whirlpool 28cf refrigerator is not working now. The freezer side did not freeze and ice maker did not work. The refrigerator side did not cold enough making some foods spoiled. I clean the coil twice and I reset it twice and the problem still there

Noisy refrigerator

Lowe’s delivered the refrigerator on time and the delivery personnel were professional. On plugging in the refrigerator the noise was more than obvious . I called Whirlpool and I was told it takes time to “quiet “ down. After the second day within the 48 hour Lowe’s return policy I called Lowe’s and they gladly sent out a replacement refrigerator. The replacement refrigerator seemed to make less noise but being living in small apartment with an open plan the noise became bothersome to the poi...

Great, but a problem

I love the refrigerator but it vibrates. I think the delivery guys didn’t install it properly.

Buy the extended warranty

Ice maker quit after 10 days. Whirlpool guy said I wasn't using correctly???? Was going to charge a trip charge because it did not act up when he came??? I asked him to leave and told him where he could put the trip charge. Manager Lorenzo helped me get a replacement. It is working fine for now. The company that provides Lower /Whirlpool repairs is a joke.

Love it takes time to get used to from your other refrigerator. There’s a lot of room inside. The temperature for the refrigerator is on the outside so you know everything is good. Ice cubes are small something to get used to.

Wonderful Whirlpool

This fridge is wonderful at keeping the temperature and it has no visible scratches or dings and looks good too. Ice maker is keeping up in 100 degree weather. Glad I chose Whirlpool.

Whirlpool Side-by-Side

This smudge proof, side by side refrigerator had the perfect footprint for our space, 36.5 inches. It is quiet, doesn't turn on unnecessarily. Ice came in after 10 hours. It is pretty straight- forward to set up and use, not a smart frig, which isn't a loss, in my book. Overall a good purchase. Guess only thing that surprised me is how light the doors are when closing... nothing like the 16 yr old frig it replaced. As long as it works and lasts, all is good.
