Nice door style and size

Love the layout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the fridge for just over a month. So far, we really like it. It helps keep the fridge and freezer spaces organized with its open plan (in the fridge) and drawers/shelves in the freezer. Note, after delivery, it made a pretty loud hum/buzz for a while (a few hours after install) and I thought it might just be something we had to live with, but that buzz/hum went away!

won't last

This fridge looks good, sleek and clean lines. That is about all that is good about this fridge. The light went out right after the warranty expired. This isn't the typical light where you can just change the bulb, it is embedded in the top of the fridge and is not meant to come out, it is supposed to last the lifetime of the fridge. You have to have a service person fix it. Then more recently the ice maker stopped working. We tried troubleshooting with youtube fixes and nothing worked. So we as...

Great but too small

I purchased this refrigerator last month, but I found it to be too small for my needs. I hope Whirlpool will consider offering this model in a larger capacity, such as 23 or 25 cu. ft., in the future.

The Perfect Refrigerator for Us

The counter depth works well with our kitchen design and it’s very quiet. We looked at several different options but Whirlpool was the one that had the options we were looking for.

Terrible design

I’ve had mine for just over 2 years. The LED light in the refrigerator just died. The top french doors jam regularly because of the “interlocking” feature. Not enough flexibility with the refrigerator door bins. For large bottles you just have to take a bin off. Freezer space is poorly designed, bottom bins don’t come all the way out making it tough to get large items, like a whole chicken, in the freezer. The ice bin bottom shelf is a metal grid that likes to catch on things on the shelf below ...

I like the way it fits under my cabinets

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Except for the seals I am very pleased with the unit. Easy to access items, lots of room in refrigerator and freezer sections. The seals are tearing and will need to be replaced in the future.

Light replacement and molding seals

Loved the fridge at first, fridge light went out. What a pain and expense to replace...do better. The seals also molding for no reason.

I should have looked closer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed a week ago. The biggest problem is that the measurement given, does not include opening the door fully. Due to the location, I cannot pull out the ice maker or the freezer drawer. I also do not like the fact that the shelves really are not moveable. There is one one spot on the door that 2 liter bottles fit. Just not user friendly.

Great ice maker

Great Fridge — Except the Ice Maker

We’ve had this fridge for 14 months — 2 months past the warranty — and suddenly the ice maker stopped working! Have tried all the troubleshooting options and nothing seems to fix it.
