website lies about sliding glass shelves
Having had sliding glass shelves in my prior refrigerator they were an item I was looking for in a new one. The website clearly shows this fridge as having sliding glass shelves in frame 6 of the product photos so I ordered it. It DID NOT come with sliding glass shelves.This feature was a blatant lie in the website info. Do not believe what you see from whirlpool in the product photos.

Lots of room
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator work great. Set up was easy. Makes ice quickly. Has plenty of room for all my food. Only issue is sometimes it makes noise when ice maker fills with water. Could be a water pressure issue. I have RO water going to it. I'm very pleased with Refrigerator and freezer.

Would Not RecommendNever was told to disconnect the water line. The most rudest people for installers and dispatch Thst I know and I am a general contractor. They do not tell you and Lowe’s should have. I mean rude people. I am in a wheel chair and my wife can’t do something like that.

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seemed great in store but major drawbacks with actual use. Top shelf too high, limits what can be stored. Too few height adjustments. Cannot fit common items like juice bottles without sacrificing an entire shelving level. Doors to not open easily when full and you must hold both open to access deli drawer. Freezer drawer drags when full. Top freezer drawer does not come out when main door opens and items on top shelf are always wet. Had for 2 ...

Would Not RecommendWe bought this refrigerator less than a year ago, it was delivered & installed on 7/4/25. Delivery & installation went fine, though all of the shipping plastic cover was impossible to remove completely. There are still little pieces in edges & crevices.
