Let Down and Dissappointed!

We had to return it. After 35 hours it was still 45 degrees. It was very poorly lit in the freezer and even after running several pots of water through the filtration it still tasted like glue. We had this same brand in the refrigerator before and we liked it that is why we purchased this one. Our old one died after 10 years so we got this one. Very disappointing. We returned it and bought a different brand.

Loud ice tray water fill

Love the look of the unit, but when the ice maker fills with water it is quite loud.

Wonderful refrigerator but poor ice production

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with the refrigerator overall except for the ice maker. It just doesn’t produce enough ice. I thought being underneath in the freezer it would have been as good as my LG but it doesn’t produce enough ice for barely one person and doesn’t seem to catch up.

Ice maker sucks

Honestly I like the fridge. I’m not sure there is a good one these days. The main issues are the doors don’t close very well. You have to double check and make sure to push them all the way in. The other issue is the ice maker does not make enough ice. There are only 2 people in my house and I’m the only one that uses ice. It’s only been 6 months and now the ice maker has started freezing into a block of ice that prevents the unit from working. All in all I honestly don’t think refrigerators hav...

Big fridge

So far, so good on our new refrigerator. The poor delivery guys had to remove our door and remove the handles from the refrigerator to get it in love that it has an internal filtered water button. Also love all of the options to move the shelving to organize after shopping. Only issue we’ve noticed is the drawer in the freezer does not open very easily. Not sure if it’s just not put together well, but it gets stuck. Love the size of the ice band though.

Very grateful we selected this model after a lot of research. The only thing is that when closing the door, the user needs to make sure both doors close fully which is easy to do. We love it and highly recommend it!

Awful Doors

Awful refrigerator. I inherited this refrigerator when I bought the home, the doors won't shut correctly and there's no way to adjust them. I looked up online and it says Justin with a hex headed screw on the right side door and it's not there. I can't count the number of times the doors have been left partly open because they didn't shut correctly. The manuals no help the website's no help. I hate this refrigerator

Spacious Fridge with Leaking & Ice Maker Trouble

This fridge is spacious and would be truly great if it wasn’t for the leaking from the water filter in the main fridge and the ice maker production issue. The ice maker has some sort of leak that causes the dispensed ice to form into a solid brick of ice that then ultimately prevents the ice maker from working. My failure was think Whirlpool is still as good of a brand as you’d always heard it was and reliable, it doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. I should have purchased the extended warranty...

Lowes Customer Service is Non-existent - AVOID

Purchases a refrigerator and upon installation the team said noted that the water dispenser did not work (ice did). They said that they could not fix so I had to get online to arrange for the special "repair team". Repair men showed up a week later and after looking at the appliance they informed me that they could not fix it and recommended a full replacement of the appliance. Scratches way too easy

We got our refrigerator on 6/12/26. Less than 2 weeks later and the whole front of the refrigerator doors are scratched. Everything that touches them scratches them. Even soft magnets!!! We now own a brand new piece of junk! I will never trust whirlpool products again.
