Fridge is fine; Installation experience TERRIBLE
The refrigerator is not the issue, just buy it anywhere else other than Lowe's. I bought this item online and scheduled my paid installation. Upon their arrival, I was told that I should have been told previously that my water shutoff could not be in the basement and that they were leaving until I paid a plumber to come out. No where on my order or "prep for delivery and installation" instructions was this noted. When they came back a second time, they dented the freezer door. They then had...

Great Fridge. Great Service
We bought this Whirlpool refrigerator to replace the 2-year-old GE that the builder provided because it made excessive noise and had 10 service visits in the last 18 months. The new Whirlpool was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Everything works and cools down quickly, thanks to the Fast Freeze and Fast Cool modes. It looks great, and best of all, it's QUIET! Time will tell how reliable it is, but I'm sure this one is a keeper, like all the other Whirlpool appliances we've owned.

Love my new fridge
Decided on this fridge after my 18 yr Whirlpool quit cooling. Love the quitness of fridge, the smooth fingerprint resistant front, internal water dispenser, internal ice maker in freezer and adjustable shelves so I can store gallon containers on shelves instead of door. Very happy with purchase.
