Bad experience

Bought one online that I recieved and was defective. It leaked resin beads throughout my plumbing and plugged fixtures and ruined an appliance. It was clearly a machine that had been used before and damaged as parts were also missing. Had to remove it and order a second that appears to be working as it should. I believe this should have been inspected and not shipped to me. It damaged my home and therefore I am not pleased with the experience.

Beautiful

I finally got my water softener installed with my ionizer tank this is definitely much better since I do have this well system it is well worth the money and the installation for the Well Company that will maintain it's beautiful and it's easy for me with my disability to remember every 4 months to clean with the recommended Whirlpool cleaning solution two thumbs up if I had more thumbs I put those up to good for the price before and after pics

I bought Whirlpool 44K grain water softener 6/23/2026. After installation, the display screen did not come on. I found one wire from the transformer not connected and one plug in unit not connected. After connecting both of these, everything worked fine. Disappointed in the shoddy workmanship on this unit. Other then the everything seems to be working ok.

It works and is much better than renting.

We bought the first one over 9 years ago. Because we loved the soft water we bought another last week.

Got bids from water companies, the price was right

Only had the softener for about 3 weeks. So far it’s working great. We have soft water again.It appears to be doing a good getting my water soft.

I purchased this about 2 and1/2 weeks ago. So far everything is great. It took a couple of days for the soft water to cycle. I believe it was seven days for the first regeneration to occur but had soft water after two days. It’s early to tell how everything will be down the road. So far very pleased

The sales person that we initially asked to help called someone that would know more than he did, however the person that came really didn't know anything that we didn't already know.
