Ratings & Reviews for Whirlpool High Efficiency Stackable Medium ( 4.5-cu ft ) Front Load Washer ( Radiant Silver )

Lowe's botched the delivery

Delivery and install kept getting rescheduled. Finally came to install this stacked dryer and didn't have the stacking kit. Installers say Lowe's makes this mistake all the time. I told Lowe's previously that I was stacking it and they said I didn't need anything else. Ended up having to wait over three weeks to get it installed and Lowe's wouldn't take away my old dryer even though I paid for haulaway. Instead just reimbursed me.

Quiet, commercial quality, and easy to use.

Excellent washing machine!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Really happy with the new washing machine I bought two months ago. Spin cycle is so impressive clothes require very little time in the dryer. Capacity for large loads.

Need a win and this was it.

Everything about this purchase was perfect. Personally, I needed a win, and this was one.oh and the machine works great.

Amazing Whirlpool w/ Great Features!

I bought my Whirlpool electric washer almost a month ago in August of 2026 and I absolutely love it! I love Whirlpool as a company to begin with and this washer was exactly what I was looking for. Of course I bought the matching set in radiant silver. Works very well and it is a great size! Smart washer too and washes quickly, depending on what setting you put it on. Highly recommend 👌

The service was great

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I relieved the washer 3 weeks ago. The washcycleisfine. When the washer goes into spin mode it sounds like a helicopter and starts shaking. The major spin makes the machine jump all over the laundry room. It is definitely not normal. I have a service rep coming on Wednesday morning.

Clean and Fresh!

I bought this washer along with the matching dryer and so far I have loved it. Everything comes out clean. 🧽 Once I figured out how to use it, it’s pretty simple.

Nice washer, but pretty basic on features for the

Nice washer, but pretty basic on features for the price. No wifi or app to connect, which I loved on my previous washer to notify when the cycle was done. Also no cycles for 'dewrinkle' or others. And the whirlpool pedestals are flimsy and hard to open.

Whirlpool Washer and Dryer

I have received 2 damaged washing machines and been waiting almost 3 weeks to get a washing machine. This is not acceptable and I am very unsatisfied with this entire process.

New Washer

Excellent size, works very well, but as an old dude, I find the controls overly complex. Still, I can get my laundry done without any problems.
