Poor Job Cleaning

Six months in an constantly struggle with dishes that are not fully cleaned. Replaced a functional 15 year old washer that did a better job, Certainly not an upgrade. Dishes cannot have any food bits on them at all as they do not wash fully on the bottom rack. Tupperware in the bottom rack still comes out greasy to the touch. The middle rack, be sure to push in all the way, otherwise the water doesn't connect and doesn't clean the glasses. Regretable purchase.

Not energy efficient

Cycles are too long and no dry except heated. If you wish to sanitize, it’s an eight hour cycle eight hours plus the shelf configuration. The racks are OK but the rest of the machine just seems cheap..

Very Very Upset

This is a very bad expensive Whirlpool appliance. I have supported the whirlpool as long as I can remember. Though I would advise to stay away from this product. It was a year or so before it was put in my apartment after purchase because of the remodel. Though I have had it installed for two and a half years. Run it maybe once or twice a week. 2 years in and parts already failing

Product is barely 2 years old and the top touchpad (console) and control board have already failed. Suspecting the failure came because the console top cap peeled up letting moisture come in and fail the control board. Quoted $675 to fix and was told I'm better off replacing the unit for less. For $1000 plus dishwasher alone plus installation you would think it would hold up better 2 years into ownership. Lowe's sold me an older model- cannot repair

Six months after having the new dishwasher installed, it stopped working. We followed the instructions to reset the dishwasher by turning off the power to the unit and still nothing. I reached out to Whirlpool since it was still in the timeframe for the manufacturer's warranty for repair. Expensive with Continual Issues & Not Covered

I built a new home which I closed on 6/26/25. The builder installed Whirlpool appliances and I upgraded to this dishwasher as it was the only option for fingerprint resistant stainless steel. Lemon Unit

Had it for 1 year. Took a poop 4 days after the 1 year warranty expired. Same error code every cycle now. FA E4. Just automatically shuts off randomly in the middle of a cycle. Don't waste your money even if it is on sale.

Stands up good to its promises
