Ratings & Reviews for Westinghouse iGen12000DFc Remote Electric Start 240 Volt 12000 Starting / 9000 Running Watt Gas and Propane Dual Fuel Inverter Generator

ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR NEW IGEN12000TFC GENERATOR

ABSOLUTELY....ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR NEW GENERATOR. Having a new inverter is so quiet compared to our old generator. First time having Tri Fuel. We can't wait to use natural gas hookup on the next power outage. Great buy definitely worth the price.

Nice

So far, so good. Ran on propane once. Very quiet. Provided funnel looked like it should thread to oil fill but was too small. Not a big deal. One of the wheel axels was difficult to tighten. Threads were likely a little gummed up. Again, no big deal.

Excellent generator!

Excellent generator! Purchased for a home solution. Starts great, well built and quiet.

Endless options

So far love the versatility of the options to power the generator.

Runs great. Power house

Great product use it almost every day for several hours and non-issue other than a bolt breaking or coming loose so I bought another model. They just never sent me the free cover with my first one so let's see if they send one for this one

iGen12000TFc

I just received my unit yesterday used it about 3 hours NICE unit so far everything is GREAT

Great, build and design.

Extremely well built and great design. First generator where even changing the oil is easy.

Seems good so far

So far so goods setup was easy and fired right up with propane. Just getting ready to start the break-in and test it connected to the house.

Great features good display

So far good buy I like the way it’s running pretty quiet

Excellent easy startup and hookups using 50 amp

Bought this for home backup and could not be happier. It is a lot quieter than I thought it would be. Started right up, hooked up to natural gas so don’t have to worry about gas cans getting filled during long outages.

Awesome Generator

Awesome generator! I love all of the features and options! I also like the fact that it's not near as heavy as some of the other inverter generator brands. I use the generator to run my Mobile Gaming Theater, so the operating noise level is outstanding....no ear plugs needed:)

High Quality generator

My second iGen product. Quiet operation and enough power for the job. Recommended by my electrician.

I bought this back in May and haven't needed it yet!

Carries a load.

Just installed it. So far so good. It easily carries the whole house (only 2.3kw load). I tried it on my EV 6, charging it at 240v 7.5 kw, which maxed it out, but it carried it. I'm impressed. Easy to start, and quiet.

Bought it for off grid RVing and house backup. Have other Westinghouse generators and this one did not disappoint.

Meets our needs plus some.

Very satisfied with the generator. We had one 3 hour power outage so far. Simply hooked the generator to the 50 AMP connector we had installed for the house. It ran everything we needed- well pump, lights, 2 refrigerators and a freezer, internet and fans. Very quiet. I feel we’re well prepared for an extended outage as we’ve experienced in previous hurricane seasons.

Superb generator

Started right up! Haven’t had to use it for a full outage yet, but it powered everything we needed seamlessly and effortlessly. This generator is extremely quiet and it’s compact design makes storage easy and convenient.

Quiet and powerful. 5 sec fire up first time!

Works great and quiet for its size. Paired with a Generlink and soft start on my 3 ton AC and it ran my house no problem. It is HEAVY so be prepared for it!
