As advertised
Finicky LPG connection with an internal leak that led to unsafe amount of propane in the atmosphere during the break in phase. I didn't even try gasoline. I had to go out and immediately purchase a Generac PG.

Off to a great start
Bought this a couple weeks ago and got it started up for the first time. Both fuel types work, it looks like it's running clean and powered appliances as expected. Off to a great start.

Well made and sturdy
Would RecommendThis is a wonderful portable generator that, short of operating everything you have, operates everything you need. Well worth the money and well constructed.

Waste of money
Would Not RecommendI have never used my generator, but try to start and run it 20 minutes every month as suggested. I can't get it to start most times. The CO indicator comes on preventing it from starting. It's in the middle of my backyard not close to anything. The manufacturer doesn't care. Don't waste your money!

Defective Product
Would Not RecommendI used this product 3 times all within a three day period and it would not start after that initial use. Because I was 1 month past the 1 year warranty when I first used the unit, the manufacture will not service the unit to determine the problem. Very disappointing.

Overall Satisfied
Would RecommendPurchased the 3600 DFc portable gen this week. Overall, assembly and preparation went for the most part as advertised. Generator started first attempt. Exceptions to assembly: One wheel axle was too short. Had to eliminate washer and create new cotter pin. Also, one attach nut to foot pad was misaligned. I had to cut new threads to install mount properly. Shouldn't be that way.

The first one I received was damaged, this one was delivered no problems, Delivery guys were awesome and made certain there was no damage before they left. After reading the directions, adding oil, it started right up without any problems

Stay Away
Would RecommendI bought this in Jan 2024 and used it twice. As per the User Manual, before storing I ran the unit until all the fuel in the carb was used up. Put a fuel stabilizer in the tank and stored it at the end of Aug 2025. In early Oct 2025 I needed to use it and it would not start. Took the unit to a recommended service shop who said it was a stuck fuel solenoid which Westinghouse would not cover on their flimsy warranty. This is costing me $200 out of pocket to fix something out of my control. DO NOT ...
