a funny thing happened when unboxing-- found silver nut in box, saw the 4 bolts for the feet-I'm 3 nuts short. I could not find remote in box, perplexing moment! I figured out- bolts didnt need nuts-- the remote was tied to battery cable, so I came out a nut ahead-- hope I wont get billed for it.

One of the best on the market!
Would RecommendLove that this gen comes with a duel fuel option. It also comes with a fob that controls the ignition but it that fails it has a start push button on the generator and if that fails it has a pull start. It is all around a great generator! AND for a great price!!!! Definitely a happy customer. :)

Would Not RecommendBUYER BEWARE! There is a 48 "FORTHY EIGHT" Hour RETURN Policy??? To Make Matters Worse, Regardless of the 48 Hour... Generator was Delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS! Doesn't Get Any Better... Unboxed. Put on the Cheap Tires. Hooked Up the Propane Tank, Hit the Start on Remote Control It Started SMOKING! Immediately SHUT OFF. Removed the Propane Tank. Manually TRIED Pulling the Start Cord "Generator Engine Is Completely SEIZED!" Absolutely NO Help from Lowes or Customer Service!!! It Is the Manu...

Would Not Recommendlowes used fedex to ship my generator. They said it would be delivered on one day and then just kept pushing it back a day for almost a week. when it finally did arrived the box was destroyed and the generator was covered in oil. I said something to the delivery driver and he told me it wasn't his problem. never again will I buy anything of any value from Lowes

Very poor customer service
Would Not RecommendGenerator will not even begin to start. Followed all instructions provided in owners manual, troubleshooting guide and those provided when I called customer service but generator will not even turn over when using the start button, remote start or pull rope. Pulled once on the pull rope and not only did it not start, but the rope will not retract. Checked battery and it indicated as full with my battery tester but light on panel does not light up, even when provided charger was plugged in. I...

Easy!
Would RecommendVery excited for our new generator after massive storms ripped though our neighborhood. If you have any basic knowledge of a generator you will have no problems navigating this model. Love the dual fuel option as local gas stations were without power.

Great genetator
Would RecommendI just bought this generator for an extended power outage. So far so good! It's powering what I need and the price was reasonable. I'm glad I purchased it!
