Buyers Beware
Would Not RecommendThis ladder failed and sent my mother to the hospital. Werner is blaming her not their defective product. It was 2 weeks old and my mother weighs less than half the weight limit. If you care about a company standing behind their product or your own safety DO NOT but this!
Ladder Feet need improvements
Would RecommendAfter extensive usage and i being at a comfortable 238lb weight dry... i can say the foot pegs need improvement. i would recommend the manufacturer install the ability to lock them in place. Otherwise the ladder is lightweight and very sturdy at its 85% extended status.

Would RecommendThis is a solid and stable ladder. I used to go with budget ladders until I had one break and I took a serious fall. I feel confident and safe on this ladder especially with the optional attachments. I bought it all and would do it again.

Would RecommendGood ladder as are all Werner ladders. They finally got wise and got rid of the polypropylene rope and went to a double braided nylon.

Jumped the track - HORRIBLE PURCHASE
Would Not RecommendI used this ladder 2 times and on the second use, the ladder jumped the 2 steel guides. After talking to Werner customer service they said it cannot be fixed and is now completely useless. Do NOT purchase this item - $289 for 2 uses is not a good value. As you can see from other comments this is not an isolated experience. Took this back to my Lowes store and they could not help. Very frustrated all around.
