What Customers Are Saying
This ladder is praised for its excellent quality, sturdiness, and stability, even at great heights. Customers highlight the solid construction and ability to safely support heavy loads. However, the main drawback is the ladder's significant weight, which can make it difficult to maneuver and set up, especially for a single person. Overall, the majority of customers are highly satisfied with this ladder, citing its quality and stability as the key benefits.

Good product overall. The rope mechanism makes it easy to adjust the ladder’s length; however, it is important to remember that the rope runs through the middle. When I stepped onto a rung and felt resistance from the rope, I became momentarily anxious, especially since I was already fairly high up. This was entirely due to forgetting about the rope’s placement, not a flaw in the product.

Going in the trash after a few uses
Would Not RecommendBought this in October for an exterior project, then stored it indoors until the following spring. At the time I had some difficulty keeping it square against the house, but assumed it was just due to the uneven ground. Once I started working from a level deck, I noticed that that it was impossible to keep both ends of the ladder firmly planted against something. Best I could do was a wobbly three points of contact. Did it come from the store twisted? Did it develop sitting in a shed? I do...
