Would Not RecommendExcellent griddle. Easy to assemble, very sturdy, lots of space on shelves and on the griddle surface, very precise heat controls. I'm very satisfied.

Beginner
First attempt at using a griddle after years of grilling over charcoal or flame. So far I've done steak, burgers, fajitas, rack of lamb, and I'm very pleased with the results. A quality item, consistent with Weber products. Love the Weber grill and expect to have a lot of fun with trying breakfast one morning.

Weber Flat Top Grill
Would RecommendNice flat top grill for a change. Gets plenty hot but no flare ups like a regular grill.

Basic and solid
Would RecommendThe griddle has even heat and no hot or cool spots. It is able to cook at lower temperatures than my previous non-Weber griddle. I think the cover could be a little bit more sturdy, but it is not an issue for me.
