Would Not RecommendThis griddle was easy to assemble and fired right up. I have used it four times and cooked a variety of foods that turned out well, though the meat cooked faster than I expected. I would have given this griddle 5 stars were it not for a serious design flaw: The metal side tables are mounted flush against the burner frame and level with the burners, and anything placed on these tables becomes incredibly hot to the touch. Warped flat top
Would RecommendLove the griddle, but after a couple uses the flat top wont sit level on the frame. Seems warped
