What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these grills for exceptional build quality, consistent cooking performance, and remarkable durability. Many report owning units for 10, 20, or even 30+ years before replacement, with numerous reviewers choosing the same brand again. Customers commend quick heat-up, even temperature distribution across burners, and superior searing capability. The stainless steel construction and spacious design are frequently noted as attractive and easy to maintain. A few mention missing a propane tank gauge from older models, and isolated cases of surface rust appear, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by widespread praise for longevity and reliability.

Would RecommendLove my new Genesis. Had my previous Genesis for 20+ years and was ready for a new one. Got this in the beginning of the summer and I think it's great. Bigger surface area, stainless looks amazing. Cooks evenly.

Spend the money
Would RecommendEveryone praises weber grills for their longevity and easily accessible parts . That’s why I purchased one . I should have purchased one 5 years ago when I got a monument grill instead because it was a little cheaper and I definitely made a mistake . Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a quality product that actually has readily available parts.

Nice design
Would RecommendThe overall design is well considered. Temperature control is very good. I received a set of Weber grill tools as a gift when I got the grill, this included a wire brush. The tools are oversized and clumsy, the brush shed pieces of wire, it didn’t qualify for the Weber recall and I threw it in the garbage. The grill is very good, tools should be avoided.

Beautiful grill! A few things changed
Would RecommendFrankly I'm slightly mixed on my review. The S 315 looks beautiful with stainless steel lid and grates on the inside (vs porcelain grates). I'm disappointed at the lack of a tank scale included to know how much propane remains also, still dialing in cooking temperatures. When the built in gauge shows 400 degrees, it seems that the actual cooking temp is lower. My previous Genesis seemed to cook hotter when gauge was at 400 and I have a Summit with the same results. This new S 315 ALWAYS nee...

Genesis
Would RecommendIt was wider than expected and the wings do not fold, otherwise it works very well.

Quality
Would RecommendI love my new Weber grill! I had my last Weber grill for at least 20 years. I was always able to get replacement parts for it that’s why I had it so long, but after more than 20 years it finally gave out. I knew I would only replace it with a new Weber grill. Quality that’s meant to last!
