What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these grills for exceptional build quality, consistent cooking performance, and remarkable durability. Many report owning units for 10, 20, or even 30+ years before replacement, with numerous reviewers choosing the same brand again. Customers commend quick heat-up, even temperature distribution across burners, and superior searing capability. The stainless steel construction and spacious design are frequently noted as attractive and easy to maintain. A few mention missing a propane tank gauge from older models, and isolated cases of surface rust appear, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by widespread praise for longevity and reliability.

Would RecommendAfter having a Weber Genesis B for over 20 years it was time for a replacement. Weber quality and efficiency are unmatched and the new 315 continues in the same way. Easy to start, excellent temperature control, consistent results. Whether grilling ribeye steaks, brats or hamburgers our new Genesis has produced great results. Love it.

Surface rust
Bought this grill specifically for the high grade steel. Have always had cheaper grills that rusted out and was ready to spend good money on one that would last. I keep it covered and under a porch as to not be hit directly by weather. I’m 6 months in and already developing surface level rust on the sides and interior. Dissapointed, as I’ve seen this model from 15 years ago be left unattended outdoors with no cover and show zero signs of rust. Quality has degraded.

Weber grill on the seacoast
Would RecommendPeople the salt air along the seacoast really does a job on the burners in any othet grills that I have used over the years. The only one that really holds up and last for 10 years or more are the Webers don't waste your money by other grills you will just be rebuying in a year or so. ultimately you will spend more than what the initial Weber grill cost

Good grill - fewer features than previous Genesis
Would RecommendNo tank gauge, 3 burners (not 5 like the previous Genesis at this level)

Game changer !!!
Would RecommendWe decided to take the leap and purchase a new Weber Grill, and we are extremely happy that we did. Not only does it do a great job cooking hamburgers and chicken, But with careful attention we found out that it does a great job BAKING!!!!! as well. We set the two outside burners on low (this gave us about 350-400 deg's) and we cooked meatloaf as well as baked beans.
