The Smokey Joe Premium is a compact and durable charcoal grill that delivers excellent cooking performance and produces great smoky flavor. It is well-suited for small meals, camping, and tailgating, with customers praising its consistent and even heating. While the side vents can make it challenging to reach extremely high searing temperatures, the grill is versatile and great for grilling a variety of foods like burgers, steaks, and chicken. Many customers report long-lasting use and high satisfaction with the grill's value and functionality, despite some minor quality control issues reported.

Would Not RecommendMy old weber 14" finally rusted out after years of use in the salty Florida air. My new one is ok but there are no draft holes in the bottom so the charcoal is harder to light and does not burn as hot or completely. I guess you could make the argument that the new model is safer and less messy but I'd like the old model back.

Great grill
Would RecommendThis is great grill for one or two people. I bought it for when I grill for myself. I bought the first one in about 1985 and several since then. I have always been happy with Weber and own two larger grills, one gas, one charcoal. I do like my steaks and hamburgers cooked on charcoal when I have the time. It takes longer for charcoal but the flavor is worth it. I would highly recommend this grill for small personal meals.
