What Customers Are Saying
This scraping tool is generally effective and easy to use for a variety of tasks like removing wallpaper, paint, and other materials. Most users found the sharp blade and comfortable handle to be beneficial, and the ability to attach extension poles was appreciated. However, some reported issues with the blade's durability and design, such as difficulty keeping it in place or warping over time. While not perfect, the tool appears to be a reliable option for most home improvement scraping projects.

Would RecommendI called a local window tint installer to find out about removing window tint from my sliding glass patio door that had streaks, chips and many scratches. I don't know how long it had been there. I was told that removing the tint required 'elbow grease' and to get a good 4" scraper and extra blades. Bought this Warner scraper for about $10.00 and the recommended blades. I was told to make a solution of ammonia, mild liquid soap and add water in a spray bottle. The scraper came with a blade, but...
Sturdy Scraper
Would RecommendI find this scraper easy to use. Its reach can be extended by extending the handle (extension not included).. I was looking for a scraper which was easy to use. I found it.

Good on glass as well as walls
Would RecommendWe were removing ultraviolet filter acetate applied by the previous owner of our house. This stuff is disgusting to remove as over time it delaminates and the adhesives used cling to the glass. We started out with razor blade scrapers but the large size of the windows slowed progress. We shifted to plastic 3" scrapers, but the retraction mechanisms snapped off when bearing down on them. The steel scraper really picked up the pace, and made reaching parts of the window 10ft off the floor a bit ea...
got the job done
Would Recommendi used this to scrap off a popcorn calling in my living room. It got the job done! I used the flat side (dull side) of the scrap and scraped till I was done. As for scraping paint I would imagine it would work just as good if not better.

Works Great
Would RecommendThis scraper tool works great. The only problem is that the handle is long and therefore it can't get to some areas. So, I have to use multiple tools to work around this.

neither good nor bad, it works
Would RecommendHave only used it a little but it seems to work well. Not giving it a 5 because I don't know how well it will last. This is an item I bought for one afternoons work and probably will never use again. My 3 stars doesn't represent anything bad in any way, just a lack of knowledge on my part. It did what I wanted quite well and will probably never be out of my toolbox again.

Poor Construction of mounting screw for blade
Would RecommendI have bought several of these over the years. But this last group have an issue with the mounting screw for the blade. I bought one, took it home and could not get it to unscrew to position the blade properly. The screw was not tempered properly and the head became unusable. I returned it and got another one and it had the same problem. I had to drill the screw out and replace with another screw of my own. I hope Wagner get this message and fixes the problem.

needs better set screw to hold blade
Would Not RecommendProduct is for scraping. I used first one without taking screw out and putting it back in to be sure it was tight, but removable. When it came time to change blade, the Philips head screwdriver totally destroyed the screw slots. Going to a flat head then destroyed the slot. The screw could not be removed. That one was returned. The second time, I removed screw and retightened it so I knew it could be removed. I scraped a floor for a while and when the blade needed to be changed, again the screwd...

Nice Product
Would RecommendI used this to help remove wallpaper border from the wall. Sprayed it down with DIF and let it set. The item worked, however, for the smaller spaces I had to use a putty knife. At that point, it dawned on me, I would have gotten the same result. So I could have save a few bucks. If you have a large project of removal, it would work better than the putty knife. If it's a small border job or not that much, save a few bucks and buy the putty knife.
