Ratings & Reviews for Wagner Flexio 3500 Electric Handheld HVLP Paint Sprayer (Compatible with Stains)

Amazing results from such a economical sprayer.

As a former professional painter and an airless owner I was skeptical that one the “toy spray guns” was worth owning. I am currently in the process of painting my 3 story house using a lift and scaffolding. With three colors and moving area by area I wanted a spray system that was less cumbersome than my airless. I finally decided to give this Wagner a try and boy am I glad I did. Once I got familiar with it the results are fantastic. I have had very little trouble with clogging even thought I a...

Granting Game Changer

Made painting and cleanup a breeze! Doesn’t waste paint.

Lowe's Return Policy

This is not a review of the product; it is a warning about Lowe's return policy on a Wagner paint sprayer... I bought the 3500 as a gift and need to return it for a Wagner upgrade. The package is unopened and was purchased three weeks ago. The return policy reads no returns after 48 hours. So if you purchase anything for a gift or future use, please check the return policy.

Don't Last Long

DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES. TOOL BROKE AFTER 4 USESAGES. I WAITED 3 DAYS PAST 30DAYS FOR RETURN. LOWES WOULD NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

Wagner's Flexio 3500 Paint Sprayer

It's got a weird name but it's a great product. Holds a good volume of paint. It's easy to adjust spray speed/volume. Good spray pattern and easy to adjust to up/down or right/left arm motion. Easy to clean.

Great Spray - as Wagner Should Be - Yet ~~~

This sprayer is truly amazing! We bought it for use around the house - the deck and interior painting projects. Yet ... you will want to truly practice on the *template provided* ~ I made several copies of it (which would be nice to improve - providing 2 or 3 copies for practice). The videos can be misleading if you have never used a sprayer before. The videos make it seem really easy and that the spray is "pinpoint accurate" in it use. While true - the sprayer is easy to use, and does well pa...

If you paint regularly Do Not purchase

I have had to exchange this 3 times within the last 2 years. In my business I paint daily. I had a problem with all 3 sprayers blowing the sprayer right off the motor if I raised the pressure above 5 so I was never able to achieve a totally smooth finish. Also on all the sprayers if I was painting a large item like a dresser, I would only be able to paint half and let the sprayer sit until it cooled down to paint again. If I didn’t, the sprayer tip would get so hot and it would begin blowing ch...

48 hr Return Policy

Nothing to like. Didn’t last more than 10 minutes and would never turn back on. Took it to Lowe’s and they refused return due to a 48 hour return policy on paint sprayers. In my experience, if there’s a policy that has exclusions or time limits it’s because the company knows there are problems with those products. Don’t waste your time, just paint/stain the old fashioned way. Lowe’s, this was purchased to reduce time spent painting for my child’s room, and now I’ve wasted $200 on a product I c...

Love the Detailer, not the ISpray

I run a small painting business, Cindie’s Affordable Painting LLC, and absolutely love this product with just one problem. The ISprayer NEVER works for me. I have done every troubleshooting solution that is recommended, with no solution I get to a job, fill the larger canister, get ready to spray, and no paint comes out. I then have to transfer the paint to the Detail Sprayer to do the job. And I’m talking big decks, etc. Otherwise, this product has saved me so much time that I even bough...

Disappointment

This is not a review about the product as much as it is on my local Lowe’s in Pikeville Ky . I purchased this sprayer to stain my log home and after using it for approximately 20 hours/4 days at 5 hours a day starting early in the morning and stopping around noon because of the extreme heat here I always cleaned the sprayer after each use but on the fifth day it quit working and I thought no problem sometimes things break I’ll just take it back to Lowe’s and get a new one but Lowe’s tells me no ...

Don't do it.

If you do anything more than very small DIY projects, this is not the gun for you. I did my research, reviews looked good and even Bob Villa had this gun rated highly. I'd like to punch Mr. Villa square in the mouth. Go to Harbor Freight, buy the $80 HVLP gun and thin your paint. Works 100% better.

For smaller jobs it would work ok

Worked. Wouldn't want to paint inside smaller rooms. Sprayer tip wants to plug up. Had to stop and clear the tip if painting for too long of time. By plugging it shoots globs of paint out of the tip. I was painting my garage plain white, with a quality paint.

Highly recommend for your furniture re-do’s!

Excellent tool for repainting furniture! Dies a beautiful job with a small bit of practice!

WORKED great, already busted

I've had the machine for less than a month and it's already broken. doesn't pull paint anymore. it has been cleaned rigorously after use. only got 4 uses out of it

Great sprayer

Just follow the directions, add paint, and spray away! Amazing quality, easy to use and clean. I ❤️ it

Don’t Buy this sprayer!

I picked up this paint sprayer from Lowe’s and immediately realized while painting that it was too basic to be useful. The paint holder is too small and you will have to keep refilling to paint a tiny space. Lowe’s would not allow me to return or exchange for a better quality sprayer. I feel disappointed that I wasted over $150.00
