WOW!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only negative thing to say is that the power cord is too short! From the box to the kitchen floor. Went right work on the grout. Fast, Efficient and so easy to use!! Grout has never looked better! Went from Kitchen to both bathrooms, grout, tile, trim, shower, tub. Having so much fun I went out and did the grill. Great job! Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a steamer.

Great product!! Makes taking off wallpaper very easy. Steam lasts a long time. I like the fact that I use a trigger to get steam on demand.

Best item for household cleaning bar none!

Have had our Wagner 915 for at least four years. Use it to steam clean everything including the inside of our refrigerator after a rotted food incident. Cleaning and sanitizing uses are unlimited but do be careful not to use on electronic parts or electronic devices. Just read about using at the base of all floors and carpeting for helping with insect control (and bed bugs which thankfully we do not have nor ever want to have). Good Product

Steamer works good so far, especially for Wall Paper Removal. It can not constantly deliver the full Steam Amount.. If you do steaming and scrapping in a specific Cycle, the Unit will have enough Time for Recovery. It is still acceptable. If the current Trigger Valve would be a remote controlled Valve located directly at the Main Unit, perhaps the Condensate in the Hose could be reduced and lees hot Water would come out at the Restart of the Steam Cycle. Lacks trigger holder & apparatus to hold handle extensuion in place when not in use...905 model had this!

Have tried 2 models of steamers...this brand more durable....upgraded to 915 from 905 but disappointed that it lacked trigger holder & apparatus to hold handle extension in place in berween steaming floors & cloth included barely covered floor attachment to stay in place.

Buy this! Bought for wallpaper, but now I use it for everything---tile, counter tops, showers, windows!!!

We purchased this steamer after buying a house that was a total redo and had lots of bad wallpaper to remove. It has been helpful with the wallpaper for sure, but we then tried it on the ceramic tile's grout lines on the kitchen island and were amazed (and horrified) at the dirt we got up. The fill valve no longer opens it just spins

I've only used my steamer a few times and I liked it. Unfortunately I just went to use it and when I tried to unscrew the fill valve it never opens, it just spins around and around. I'm guessing the nob has broken off of the actual closing thread. I am hoping it can be fixed and have contacted Wagner. I'm sad it broke as it did work really well.

Great for grout

I purchased this steamer after a fair amount of research into steam cleaners. I like that the steam has some power behind it to blow away dirt. So far I've used it on the grout on a tile floor and in the bathroom. For the grout, it has been amazing. Nothing seemed to get our grout clean, and with very little effort this blows away the dirt that I thought was there forever. We finally see white grout again. Made the work much quicker.

I started to remove wallpaper "by hand" using vinegar, water and a scraper. While this worked well, it was tedious and time consuming. I got the steamer about a month ago. It only took me 1 afternoon to remove the rest of the wallpaper in 1 room. It works great! Now I have moved on to steam cleaning the grout on my kitchen tile floor. Not much to complain about...

Bought this after reading all the positive reviews. My impressions so far are positive. It's easy to use and cleans well on the jobs I've used it for. Cleaned a tub surround with a textured floor that always is a pain to clean. Did a good job on grout in a tile floor. Product seems well made and should last. The only reason it's not a 5-star review is the time it takes to build up the pressure necessary to produce steam. I would clean for a minute or two and then wait another minute for the unit...

915 Steamer Great Product

I have removed so much wallpaper in my life ,usually with a spray bottle and sharp knife, then used the 915 steamer, and it works wonderful, i have never smiled before removing wallpaper, but I do now, can't explain how great it works and I am telling everyone about it! Great Product! Thanks!

Wagner on demand fabric steamer

This produce is on Lowe's web site for $35.95, However it is not available in the store and you cannot order by calling Lowe's. I called Lowe's to order two of them and was told that only one is available in Irvine store for $59.95 and was told that each and every store has choice to mark their price higher. If that's the case than was advertise prices on Lowe's web site as $35.95 !!!! If this is a discontinue item than way advertise on web site.!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy cleaning with this machine but the instruction manual is poor.

I'm happy I purchased it; however, the manual does not explain how the two jet nozzles are to be used. What is the purpose of the brass nozzle? Under what circumstances should it be used? Also, where does the cleaning towel go? Not a word is said about where and how the cleaning towel is to be used....it doesn't fit the steam plate, squeegee or large cleaning brush. Explanation please! Also, what is the purpose of the two spring plates on top of the large cleaning brush? Are they supposed to do ...

We bought it to steam off wallpaper, but found it was very useful in stripping off paint as well. We also used it to clean hardwood floors with stains and marks. The various tool attachments were all extremely handy and the power was great.

Love it!

I bought this to clean built up hairspray residue off my rough plastered bathroom walls. It worked like a dream - the residue just melted with the brush and steam and was easily wiped away. The unit heats up pretty quickly and is very easy to use. The hose is nice and long so you can reach where you want it to go while the unit sits on the floor. The small nozzle shoots out quite a powerful jet of steam for small areas too. Will definitely be keeping this steamer busy at my house.

Best out of choices out there

This steamer is great for the price but has a poor floor head. The clips are poorly designed and pop off. It also could use a longer power cord. But for it's cleaning abilities, it is pretty good. If the design flaws were corrected, this steamer would be top notch.

Power Steamer

It may call itself a fabric power steamer but it does a wonderful job on grout, mildew and other hard to get rid of stains. Great product and well worth the money. Holds more water so it last longer.

Excellent product

Have been using it to strip wallpaper in an entire house. If not for this thing, it would have taken me weeks of hard scraping, but this thing melts wallpaper like butter, and it only costs slightly more than renting a commercial steamer. I haven't had a chance to try it out for cleaning purposes, but from what I've seen so far I'm excited to give it a shot.
